You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To complete your return, you must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, personal items such as lashes, wigs, hair products, and tight-fitting clothing (such as bodysuits or leggings) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
